We advise clients on legal matters and seek the best possible solutions. We are guided by strong ethical principles and in particular by a high degree of professionalism.
Our firm provides a wide spectrum of legal representation possibilities, advisory services and expert management of proceedings for local as well as foreign clients. We aim to offer a complete service to our clients and strive to provide multifunctional/multiple services at all times. These services will provide assistance to our clients in their most challenging local and foreign projects. Our intention is to secure comprehensive legal assistance in numerous areas of our clients’ interests in one place.
All our office network members are proficient in English, our further client communication languages are Slovene (native), Croatian (native), Serbian (native), Macedonian (native), German (proficient), Italian (proficient), Russian, Spanish. One of our member is a Licensed Court Interpreter for English Language.
The complex nature of cases and associated need for extensive legal knowledge require us to cooperate with external professionals, who work directly with our office working teams. This way our clients can benefit from complete and most effective solutions.
Our law firm regularly cooperates with renowned and distinguished local and foreign experts, individual professors from the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana and Maribor, as well as with scientific institutions and faculties, such as the Institute of Comparative Law at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana, the Institute of Commercial Law at Faculty of Law in Maribor and others.
The frequently international dimension to our clients’ projects has led us to establish subsidiary law firms. In 2009 we opened our subsidiary law firm in Serbia, in 2010 in Croatia and Macedonia, which will be followed by a subsidiary law firm in Montenegro. It is our promise that clients in all our offices will receive the same level of professionalism and confidentiality as is the case in Slovenia. |
